Some churches will not upload sermon audio to the cloud. Meetily is a desktop meeting assistant that records and transcribes on your device. RhemaNotes turns that finished transcript into a multi-day growth plan your people can walk through the week.
You do not need to replace RhemaNotes capture with Meetily. Use Meetily when privacy or local recording matters; use RhemaNotes paste (or in-app upload) when cloud transcription is fine.
1. Capture Sunday in Meetily
Record the service (or import the audio file) in Meetily on your Mac or Windows machine. Let local transcription finish, then open the meeting details.
2. Export the transcript
Use Share / Export and save Markdown or plain text. Prefer the full transcript over a short AI summary so RhemaNotes can extract Scripture and shape the week from the actual message.
3. Import into RhemaNotes paste
In RhemaNotes, go to Capture → Paste transcript. Use Import .md / .txt (or paste the text). RhemaNotes strips YAML front matter and prefers a Transcript section when Meetily includes both summary and transcript.
Review the text, confirm Scripture references, then generate your growth plan and share when ready.
What this is not
Meetily does not embed inside RhemaNotes, and RhemaNotes does not run Meetily’s on-device Whisper in the cloud. The bridge is the transcript file — simple, private, and enough for weekday formation.
