Trust
Privacy
Sermons are sensitive ministry content. RhemaNotes is built so your recordings and transcripts stay private to your account—not sold, not used to train public models by us, and not shown to other users.
What we store
Account details (via Clerk), sermon metadata, transcripts, Scripture Index entries, growth plans, and progress—so you can review and return to your study.
How we use it
Content you submit is used only to provide RhemaNotes features: transcription assistance, Scripture indexing, and growth-plan generation. We do not sell sermon content or share it for advertising.
Processors
To run the product we use trusted providers under their terms: Clerk (sign-in), Supabase (database storage), OpenAI (transcription and plan generation when enabled), Stripe (billing), and Vercel (hosting). Audio and transcripts may be sent to OpenAI only as needed to fulfill your request.
Your control
You can edit transcripts, verify or remove Scripture references before generating a plan, and export plan study guides. In Settings → Danger zone you can delete your account: we cancel any Stripe subscription, remove RhemaNotes sermon/plan data from our database, and delete your Clerk sign-in identity. Processor copies retained under their own retention policies may take additional time to purge.
